Catholic Charities 16th Annual Festival d’Vine Helps Transform Lives
September 6, 2019 •

The Jacksonville Regional Office of Catholic Charities will host its Annual Festival d’Vine on Friday, Oct. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Treaty Oak Park in San Marco. The event is open to all.

For the past 15 years, Festival d’Vine has served as one of the primary sources of funding for Catholic Charities with proceeds going toward the agency’s six major programs that serve at-risk men, women and children in Jacksonville.

“We’re grateful for the continued support of many local organizations, sponsors and guests,” said Lauren Weedon Hopkins, director for the Jacksonville Regional Office of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Augustine. “The success of this event enables us to help the most vulnerable people in our community.”

“The goal of Festival d’Vine is not only to celebrate a delicious and fun evening,” said Hopkins, “it’s to continue to keep families safe and secure in their homes, to provide food to those who are hungry, to help our neighbors find gainful employment and so much more.”

This year’s celebration will feature more than 100 varieties of wine from around the world, delicious food from 20 popular area restaurants, and tastings from a selection of Jacksonville-based craft breweries.

The lineup of incredible restaurants contributing to the event includes bb’s, Bistro Aix, Townhall, Moxie, Indochine, Bono’s BBQ, Matthew’s, The Bearded Pig, Havana Jax & Cuba Libre Bar, Southern Grounds & Co., Brio Tuscan Grille and more. A full list of participating vendors and sponsors is available on the Catholic Charities website at www.ccbjax.org.

Early-bird tickets are available online for $75 through Sept. 30. After Oct. 1, tickets are $100. Tickets for young professionals (ages 21-35) are $50. Sponsorship opportunities are also available from $500 to $10,000.
