The Game of Your Life – Living as Saint Augustine

The 5th annual Outdoor Adventure Day for Scouts is Saturday, Dec. 6 at Camp Echockotee in Orange Park. The theme is “The Game of Your Life: Living as Saint Augustine.”

This year, there will be camping on Friday night for volunteers who have received appropriate clearances and their scouts. Campers may only camp with their own family. Dinner on Friday will be on your own. Breakfast will be provided on Saturday for the overnight campers.

There will be fun activities all day Saturday including a climbing wall, archery, BB range and more! All activities are linked in some way to our theme on Saint Augustine. Lunch is included for all who register. The day closes with Mass at about 4:30 p.m.

This retreat is for ALL Scouts as well as their parents, siblings and leaders. The Outdoor Adventure Day Retreat does fulfill the obligation of a retreat for those scouts working on their religious medals.
