Tribunal
The primary function of the Tribunal for the Diocese of Saint Augustine is to adjudicate petitions for annulment. The Tribunal is empowered to issue documents of freedom to marry in the Catholic Church and to grant dispensations for Catholics impeded by the laws of the church from entering marriage. The Tribunal also coordinates programs involving the sacrament of marriage and adjudicates petitions concerning due process/dispute resolution hearings.
