Have you considered volunteering in your parish, or with a diocesan ministry, or in Catholic schools? Do you have leadership skills, but feel you could use more training? The Ministry Formation Program (MFP), a lay ecclesial ministry program of the Diocese of St. Augustine is seeking Catholics who feel called to serve in lay ministry.
The program is for anyone who wants to be a recognized leader within the diocese, including parishes and Catholic schools. It is also for Catholics who are already serving in a position but need training. MFP is the minimum requirement for many roles in the diocese.
