General donations to the Diocese – Areas of giving include the diocese, 35 diocesan ministries, 4 diocesan high schools and the Eucharistic Congress.
Bishop’s Annual Stewardship Appeal – A direct link provided by E-Giving for the purpose of giving to the annual appeal – “One Faith, One Family.” Click here for more details about the annual appeal.
Catholic Foundation – A permanent endowment fund created to meet the religious, charitable and educational needs of Catholics in the 17-county area of the diocese. All gifts to this fund can be designated to any of the following areas: a parish or mission, a school, a ministry or the diocese. The recipient of your gift will receive the interest earned from your donation. You also have the option of giving a gift to the diocese without designating it for a specific purpose. How to Make a Gift of Stock or Securities to the Diocese, the Catholic Foundation, Parishes, Catholic Schools and/or other Diocesan Entities

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept major cred cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover) as well as debit cards backed by either Visa or MasterCard.
Is my contribution tax-deductible and will I receive a record of my donation?
You will be provided a receipt via email that will acknowledge a specific online transaction. Gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law pursuant to Section 170(f)8 of the Internal Revenue Code. Please save this letter for your records; it serves as compliance with IRS regulations governing charitable contributions. It confirms receipt of your contribution and verifies that you did not receive any goods or services in exchange for your donation.
Is my personal information kept private?
The online donation page is a service provided by Authorize.net, for the Diocese of St. Augustine to which you are contributing. Authorize.net and the Diocese of St. Augustine are committed to protecting your privacy.
Authorize.net does not sell, trade, rent or share your information with any entity other than the diocese that receives your donation.
Is it safe to give using my credit card?
Authorize.net and the Diocese of St. Augustine have taken steps to give you the best security possible. Should you decide to make a donation online, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information and credit card billing information. All of this information is encrypted and certified by Network Solutions.
How do I make a donation by mail?
Please make checks payable to the Diocese of St. Augustine for outright gifts to the diocese, a diocesan high school, favorite ministry or to the Catholic Foundation for gifts designated to the diocese, parish, mission, school or ministry. Please include: your name, address, phone number and email address if available. Make sure you indicate the donation amount and the designation of your donation.
