Bishop John J. Snyder High School Receives Funds for CPR/AED Training

Firehouse Subs has awarded funding to Bishop John J. Snyder to train faculty and students in CPR/AED. The Michael Namey AED Initiative was launched in memory of University of Central Florida freshman and Jacksonville native, Michael Namey. Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has joined efforts with Connie Namey and Dr. Sylkia Martinez to raise awareness for sudden cardiac arrest on school campuses by providing CPR/AED training and increasing access to AEDs; creating an educated and prepared environment among students, faculty and staff.
