Tune into the Diocese of St. Augustine’s YouTube channel and website on Wednesday, March 31, at 11 a.m. to watch a live stream of Bishop Felipe Estévez celebrating the Chrism Mass from the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. The Chrism Mass is an integral part of Holy Week during which the bishop blesses three oils – the oil of catechumens, the oil of the infirm and the holy chrism – which will be used in the administration of the sacraments throughout the year. Due to the coronavirus capacity limitations for the Cathedral, those invited to attend the Chrism Mass will be limited to the priests and deacons of the diocese. The Chrism Mass will NOT be open to the general public.
