Diocese of St. Augustine & Catholic Foundation Launch Successful Inaugural #iGiveCatholic Campaign
December 2, 2021 •

Over the past two and a half weeks, Catholics from across the Diocese of St. Augustine began the season of giving by generously supporting the good works of our beloved parishes, Catholic schools, and ministries.

Catholics across the Diocese of St. Augustine showed up to participate in the diocese’s first Catholic day of giving. #iGiveCatholic, a global philanthropic campaign, took place on Giving Tuesday, November 30th. Through the generosity of many, this year’s campaign has already raised more than $130,000, directly benefitting local Catholics. While online giving has closed, you can still participate by contributing to the ministry of your choice. Your extraordinary gift of cash or check, received by your parish, Catholic school, or ministry by December 6th, will be included in this united effort. Please join the 447 faithful donors who have already given.

“The Catholic Foundation is honored to sponsor our diocese’s inaugural year of participation in #iGiveCatholic. We are grateful for the generosity of our entire faith community who have responded to the many needs around them all year,” said Patty DiSandro, executive director of the Catholic Foundation. “Tuesday, Nov. 30 was filled with joyful giving, kicking off a season of anticipation and hope. These charitable gifts will provide hope to countless people who are served by our parishes, Catholic schools, and ministries. Thank you to all who have shared their gifts!”
