Faith Formation Day – Gainesville
September 30 @ 9:30 am to 2:15 pm
The 10th Annual Gainesville Area Faith Formation Day will be held at Queen of Peace Parish from 9:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. The cost is $25 per person if registered by noon on September 25. After that date, the walk-up fee is $35 per person with no guarantee of space/materials.
Schedule for the day:
9:30 a.m. Doors open/light breakfast
10:00 a.m. Opening prayer
10:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. Four sessions to choose from:
- Abiding with Jesus: The Gospel of Matthew with Pat Cook, M.A.
- Basic Certification: Liturgy and Sacraments with Matt Kozicz, Echo Apprentice
- Basic Certification: Catechetical/Legal/Administrative with Erin McGeever, M.A., M.Ed.
- Boy That was Fun: Games in the Religion Classroom
- Take, Bless, Break, Give: Claimed by the Eucharist with Alex Groppe, PhD
