Operation New Hope Concert

November 16 @ 7:00 pm

An array of local talent will come together in a concert to benefit Operation New Hope. An Evening of Music with Barbara Van Rysdam, Family and Friends, will take place in Celebration Hall at St. Anastasia Catholic Church on Saturday, November 16. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The concert, which begins at 7 p.m., will include performances by The Van Rysdam Family, Peter and Helen Morin, The Grapes of Roth, Vivace Trio with Curtis Powell, the St. Anastasia Choristers, and Jack Jones.

Operation New Hope provides support, life and job skills training for people with a history of involvement with the criminal justice system, and places them in employment that offers a sustainable quality of life. An intricate part of the Operation New Hope is the Ready4Work re-entry program which has expanded to St. Johns County. Operating with a four-pronged approach (case management, supportive services, job training and job placement assistance) Ready4Work ensures clients receive wrap-around care, training and motivation to become productive, responsible citizens within the community.

Celebration Hall is located on the campus of St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 5205 A1A South on Anastasia Island. Concert admission/donation is $10. A cash bar will be available. Additional donations may be made by checks payable to Operation New Hope.
