Parish, diocesan and school staffs are on the frontlines of welcoming and, therefore, evangelization. Even with this vital role, seldom are the men and women who are in these roles provided with the professional support that their vocations deserve. The Office of Christian Formation is offering workshops with Bill Patenaude, M.A., who with over 30 years of experience can help us address our need for training. He will be addressing the following:
- Customer Service techniques and obstacles in implementing them
- Removing obstacles, easing workflow and building up the Kingdom of God once conversation at a time
