$60 – $250The Office of Christian Formation is offering the Fourteenth Annual Summer School of Theology at Marywood Retreat & Conference Center July 18 to July 22, 2022. The School of Theology provides continuing formation for:
- Those seeking a formal and deeper understanding of faith
- Consecrated religious Members of Clergy
- Teachers and Catechists seeking Diocesan Continuing Formation Certification hours
- Lay ecclesial ministers
The theme will be “Real Presence: What Does It Mean and Why Does It Matter?” presented by Dr. Timothy O’Malley, Ph.D..
Timothy O’Malley is director of education at the McGrath Institute for Church Life, University of Notre Dame. He also serves as the academic director of the Notre Dame Center for Liturgy, and has a concurrent appointment in the Department of Theology at the University of Notre Dame where he teaches in the liturgical -sacramental theology, catechesis, and marriage-family.
He is the author of seven books most recently Invitation and Encounter: Evangelizing thorough the Sacraments, Becoming Eucharistic People: The Hope and Promise of Parish Life and Real Presence: What Does It Mean and Why Does It Matter?

Between June 16- July 11 $250 for full week
